Title: Regional Sales Manager Department: Sales Reports to: President Job Objective: Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in an assigned market. Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in all areas. Responsibilities: Develop a clients base. Responsible for the performance and development of sales objectives. Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects. Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance and objectives. Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. Create proposals and presentations to clients and prospects. Control expenses to meet budget guidelines. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics or codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Relationships and Roles: Internal / External Cooperation Maintains contact with all clients in the market place to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees. Job Specifications: 5-7 years of experience in sales management. Experience with corporate sales and big corporations.
